Is there a trace of oil on the plug boot? Or on the engine leading to the plug cavity? It may have spilled when the oil was changed/topped up. What colour is the electrode? Check out http://www.mztech.fsnet.co.uk/workshop/wrk_plugs.html
do you see your plug in the picture?

It sounds like a valve cover gasket leak to me.

the plugs are burning right no oil on the plug just aroung the threads. i cant see that its leaking from the valve cover but im not ase certified so it may be leaking but where would it leak from that you could not see or trace.

78,

The oil filler tube is just in fornt of and to the left of the plug hole. It doesn't take much oil to drip out and cause the plug hole to have a bit of oil. If the engine was spitting oil enough to slip past a plug then you would feel it in the way the engine performs. With a clean cloth wipe the filler tube and then the valve cover and you will most likely see traces of oil on the rag.
