I'm jealous though, I've been getting 13 through my first 3 fillups on my '00 with 46k miles. Though I just changed the air filter, which was probably the original, so maybe that'll help.

 

I got 29MPG out of my 99 Expy, once. Does it count that I started checking at an elevation of about 7000 feet, measured only down the mountain, and quit calculating at about 1000 feet? Seriously, I normally average about 14 to 14.5 with a mix of city and hwy. Can sometimes get high 16's up to 17 pure hwy driving, if its not too fast, like 70mph and under.
