Sinnals not working when steering wheel is tilted down,HELP!

How do I check for a crimped wire. They work when the wheel is in the up position but not in the down position!

You probably have a wire pulled out of the multifunction switch connector. Remove the bezel and inspect it. The hard shell connectors are available fron Ford.
