Chiltons says it is low input from the iac. replaced it. code light still comes on. did I replace the right thing? little sensor looks like the end was dipped in plastic. mounted on the airbox tube past the air filter. low input tells me that something is loose.. I try taking it apart, it fixes it (after I reset my computer), sometimes for 10 miles, sometimes for 3 weeks, but the gremlin always comes back.....please help!!!!! Ford service charges, and diagnostic time around here is pretty expensive. ( I know, it's expensive everywhere)

P0112 Is the code for the Intake air temp [IAT] sensor.

Is is mounted in the air inlet tube after the MAF sensor.
If you've already replaced the sensor- check the wiring harness on the passenger side behind the battery.
The wires rub on the A/C accumulator and short out.
