NEW POST Re: MSD Wires (4.2)
OK, I know I'm new here, and I know how these communities are close knit, but I'm a bit surprised no one has sought out aftermarket high quality plug wires for their 4.2's.
So, while pestering the hell out of my contact at MSD today, I discovered there is a new part number for the 4.2 bretheren.
MSD p/n 32929
Not yet released, but available, there are plenty on the shelf at MSD. Ordered mine today.
I know all wire manufacturers make big claims about *their* design, resistance, diameter, etc, but, do some research on your own with an ohm meter & you'll discover the benefits of the Super Conductor 8.5mm wires from MSD.
No, I don't work for MSD, I am in the business, though, and whether it be a lowly 300whp 99 Civic Si, or a 600 whp 95 Stang 383 w/ Vortech T-Trim, nothing leaves this shop without a set of MSD wires, (if there's a application, that is)
