Truck stutters when hard acceleration

I have a 2013 Ford F-150 3.5 liter ecoboost, I added 4 inch MBRP exhaust a K&N cold air induction kit and have a SuperChip programmer, when i am cruising down the road the truck runs fine but but when I step on the gas and really try to accelerate hard the exhaust pops and really seems to be missing and starts to stutter but when I let off the gas a little bit it goes back to running like normal again and was wondering what is causing this ?

Get rid of the K&N, put the stock intake back on, and return your tune to stock. If you keep running it like this you will blow the engine.

How old are your plugs? The more aggressive tune could have pushed a marginal set over the edge.

From past experiences with working on troubleshooting issues, getting rid of the K&N and returning it to stock would be a step in the right direction. Getting rid of the tune will help troubleshoot.

As Wookie said, it might be plugs.
