my 2002 f150 is slow on take off and when i try to go over 60 it red lines. it has 124,000 on it i replaced plugs and wires about 7 months ago and coil pack about 5 months back. it does have check engine light on but its been like that the entire time iv had the truck..

i have had it tested and they told me about 3 months ago that bank 1 is running lean.

Im not sure what to do here could it be my fuel injectors

Check for vacuum leaks.

Read the codes and post them, please. Post the exact numeric "P" codes.

Check for plugged cats and exhaust blockage, change the fuel filter.

If you're getting a bank 1 lean code why did you change spark plugs etc? Fix the known problem before chasing other things. If only one bank is running lean then your leak should be pretty easy to find. It's more than likely a bad intake manifold gasket on that side or a bad vacuum line that is only on bank 1. The truck is telling you that one set of cylinders is getting too much air into them or exhaust is leaking out before the O2 sensor on that side. Find the leak and fix it.
