I have a 92 inline 6 I have replaced the starter the solenoid both cables and all the grounds when I key it up it just clicks I have also put a new battery in and had the starter tested thinkin it was faulty. Any ideas?

 

Has this engine ran recently? If not it could have a cylinder full of water, locked up or other mechanical issues. If it has been ran recently I would check the voltage across the battery while trying to crank it.
