Oil seaping from lower plenum one inch to the left of the lower plenum front right bolt. Possible lower plenum cracked? Right behind the coolant line

Seeping right next to the fat coolant hose going into the lower plenum that connects to the coolant Y pipe

See the 90 degree coolant elbow, oil is seeping out in that pit, I also see oil in the coolant
