Well, I sold my Gold 99 F150 Supercab 4.2 with 137k miles for $4500 yesterday. I had the truck for almost 10 years to the day. I came across a good deal on a 2006 Silverado 4.3 with less than 50k miles for $7500, and since I didn't need nor want two trucks, I sold the Ford (although I would have sold the Chevy and kept the F150 if someone offered me enough to make it worth my while). This Ford F150 4.2 has been a great vehicle, and I'm kind of sad to know it is sitting in someone else's driveway as I type this. At the same time though, I'm kind of relieved not to have to worry about two trucks.

I wanted to say "Thanks" to everyone who helped me over the years with some of the problems I encountered (though they were few). I always found help on this forum when I needed it. I hope I can find as good advice on a Chevy forum as I did on this one.

I also hope I have the great service with this Chevy as I had with the my Ford. Again, it was a bittersweet day.
