I just looked on the Superchips site and they now list a flashpaq tuner for the ecoboost. I currently have the 1865 tuner for my 2010 F150 with the 5.4 that I traded in. I was very happy with it and the power gains it gave me.

Has anyone installed the flashpaq on their ecoboost?

I'm going to call Monday and get one unless I hear some otherwise bad experiences.

 

The biggest problem with using a tuner on the EB is Ford is watching the ECM like a hawk. If they see that it has been messed with you can kiss that part of your warranty goodbye. They have added counters and ghost images to the ECM to keep track of what and when stuff has been done.

I have used Superchips in the past and they made a good product. Once the factory warranty is up I will consider doing something like this because then if it breaks I will be paying for it either way.

 

I know what you mean. I may just opt for an exhaust system instead. There doesn't look to be any warranty issues there.
