Plugs and fuel filter should help out.

Is this a 100% stock truck? if so, you have some major issues.

How many miles on it and what is its maintenance history?

Oil change. All filters (Oil, Air, Fuel). Spark Plugs. Intake and exhaust. That should be a good start

No codes, its been maintained, 58000miles, and the filters and oil are fresh.

had a problem with making good gas mileage at one point and realized i was losing a little power, i changed everything i knew to be related to such a problem. It was the park brake clicked in about three clicks down, release cable was faulty so i changed it and my gas mileage went from 13- 18.
