Ohhh! I am soooo excited!!
Ok Guys, I've gathered a ton of info from you all here and I think I am ready to start the modifications. I talked to my mechanic and he quoted me $350 for ring and pinion installation (4.10's front and rear) I am thinking that is a great deal. I got the body lift (3")and I will be ready to put it in soon. The wheel/tire combo I am going with will more than likely by the Mickey Thompson Classic II's (16 x 8)with the Goodyear Wrangler MT's , not the rockcrawler version but the original size 33 x 12.50/ 16.
I chose the wheels for looks and the tires because we have them on our Hummers at work (I am active duty military in case you were wondering why we have Hummers)and they are great, quiet and good traction.
Ahhhh, now I just have to wait for the tax return and take some time off of work to do the mechanical stuff.
Any opinions on my selections ? Let me know, however I am pretty set on these mods and quite excited.
Thanks for all the help so far!

I am excited for you as well. Sounds like you have it all worked out! I too am from Minnesota (now in CA) via military. I worked on the CH-53Es Sea Stallion but I had duty driver often with the Hummers. Your Hummers (I am assuming national guard in MN) must have tire mufflers because the ones I have driven have an ugly road noise. 350 dollars for both front and rear sounds like a very good deal.
