Sorry for the stupid question, but I'm not all that informed on headers. A friend of mine said that they are illegal and that I won't pass the smog test. True? I really want to get these babies and last question; how much should I expect to pay for installation? I don't want to get raped with a high price. Thanks in advance for the responses.
