Question for ILUVNOS
I seem to remember from a previous post that you had a z28 tip with a glasspack on your f-150. Well I'm thinking of upgrading from my stock exhaust to a FM 40 and i have a couple of z28 tips laying around. What would you recomend? Duals with small diameter pipe? Do you have any pics of your exhaust? I'd appreciate any feedback and pictures. I'm looking for decent sound w/ minimal low end torque loss.
Thanks

Sorry for the long wait, I've been busy 16 hours a day, and on top of that trying to work out this damn turbo
I have now have a x-pipe, 2 in 1 out flowmaster, with a stainless f-bod tip exiting in the lightning spot. I did all the work using mandrel bends available from summit. The x-pipe was a piece of cake. I used the 2 into one approach after working on so many freakin exhausts. It gave me the right amount of back pressure and this evil *** sound. The tip distorts the growl to this maniac NASCAR sound up into the revs. The guys at the track don't have a clue what I'm running, they are speachless when I pop the nood nonetheless. Here's a pic:
