Performance Products sells a "Helix Power Tower" for $90 for the 4.2 V-6. They claim the throttle body spacer will add up to 20 more HP. Do these things really work?

The helix dose work, but I do not think it added 20 HP to my truck. At best I would say that it will add about 10-15 flywheel HP with a 20% powertrain loss that would be about 8-13 HP at your rear wheels (if your lucky).
