Wanted to say thanks to everyone for their input, problem solved, replaced radiator with HD 2 3/4" core, severe duty fan clutch, and sending unit, also when water pump was replaced a couple months ago they got RTV all inside and I believe it was hindering the impeller operation (DUH), and thermo was to hot replaced to OE 192, I love my local mechanics but I say when I want something done right there is nothing like doing it myself......THANKS
