1999 f150 stalls

I have a 1999 f150 v6 engine that will stall after coming to a complete stop and then trying to accelerate off the line, also truck will get jerky and lacks get up and go if i were to try and pass another car. It idles fine!. I have scanned it and these are the codes p0340 camshaft position sensor circuit bank 1 or single sensor,p0171 system too lean bank 1,p0174 system to lean bank 2,and p1309 manufacturer control....
I have replaced, plugs and wires, fuel filter, pcv, tranny filter and fluid, and cleaned the maf with maf cleaner.

Any suggestions would be grateful.

p0340 camshaft position sensor
Replace it.

p0171 system too lean bank 1,p0174 system to lean bank 2
Look for vacuum leaks, especially in the PCV system. Follow the big hose back from the PCV valve to the intake manifold.
