i am pretty sure one out a crown vic will work, but some modifications have to be done. someone else asked this about a year ago on here and it will fit from what i remember. but i also think the CV's engine has less power and dont know about the whole computer setup for it. it will probably be a headache for you.

 

it should fit. the only difference between the two are probably things like intake and cam set up. but the computer and wiring is whats going to the headache with this swap

All you have to do is bolt the truck intake down in it's place or you'll lose your low end.
