I found the problem . I was just fooling around under the hood last night and noticed the pcv valve was kinda loose in the grommit , so after calling every parts store within 50 miles and no-one having or can order a new grommit I used some gasket silicon and made it fit again . No more Lean codes and alot better mpg . Yesterday it used a 1/4 tank in less than 40-50 miles , today I got 125 miles to less than a 1/4 pulling a trailer .
Not bad for a truck with 186,000 miles and will still smoke the tires and get sideways .

Thanks for all the advice ...

That will do it. Do you have a Motorcraft PCV valve or an aftermarket?

Try parts stores. If not, there's always a Ford dealer.

The parts store carry the Fram brand or whatever it is .
Think I will avoid Ford Stealership at all costs . They are the ones who tried to feed me a load of bull***** about the problem being an internal valve inside the plenum

Frams are KNOWN to cause problems. Much as you despise the dealership, what's the big deal about just buying a part if you have to?

Rockauto.com doesn't stock the Motorcraft.
