sounds about right. here in Florida all stations have to have that E10 crap so I'm getting about 17 mpg on most of my tanks. this weekend I'm hoping it to go up to 18 or maybe 19 when I get done with my electric fans
I knew Florida did that crap. All the stations around me say " Less than 10% ethanol " Althought the BP down the street has a sign out front that says " No ethanol "

Missouri requires 10% ethanol by law, so I drive 8 miles to Kansas to get my gas.

That sounds about right - whenever I use BP gas, I get better mileage than on anything else with the same amount of ethanol. I've seen 20 on the highway on BP with ethanol.

But I still granny shift... nothing over 2,000 rpms for me.
so you get 560 miles on a 25-gal tank of gasohol??? before E10 came out, the highest I saw was 450.... E10 drops me to 375 miles/tank and I granny shift at 2K rpm and cruise the hwy at 55...

i'd like to see some proof of 22.4 or im pulling the BS card

He has a 07 with electronic throttle and 4.10 gears. He also drives worse than my grandmother.

22.4 on E10 is like 26 on straight gas.

E10 dropped me 3-4 mpg

and especially no way for an 8' bed

On my way from Camden County, GA to Thomasville, GA I managed 22 mpg on the highway, but I was running straight gas. Now that I fuel up at the FL/GA border between Thomasville and Tallahassee on that E10 crap I get like 17 mpg and I granny shift and drive THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT. 3.08 gears, the 5 speed, CAI, and my exhaust are the only things helping me on my mileage.

I was actually surprised I got 22 mpg Highway considering I have 20's on the truck. And yes, my mileage is correct for the most part. My new wheel/tire combo is only .3% off from stock tire size so when my speedo says 60, I'm going 60.2 mph.

my 04 heritage with 3.08 rear 5spd 2wd long bed got 18.9 before my intake. even granny shifting didt get to 20. maybe 22 on highway at the most. with intake i might have gotten24 to 25highway. averaged 22.5 with same route as i got 18.9 stock. and thats straight 87octane country fair gas. with shell i got a slight increase, bp it might be better but i never used it.

Definitely. Shoot me a message either here or on V6F150 whenever you are coming and we'll plan something out. Raptor lives in the vicinity too so we can get a mini-meet going on.
