P0401 & p0306

I've got a 2001 V6 and it sets a P0401 (EGR flow insufficient) first, and then a P0306 (cylinder 6 misfire detected). I have cleaned and checked the EGR valve, replaced the #6 injector, replaced the spark plugs and wires, and replaced the coil pack. Does anyone have any other ideas as to what this might be?

dpfe sensor is a common cause of the 401 code.

It may be the dpfe sensor, I went to Auto Zone yesterday afternoon and they suggested it might be that so I replaced it. I drove it to work today (round trip 32 miles) and nothing has showed up yet, but I'm not sure how long it will take to reset the codes.
