P1309 Misfire Monitor Disabled Detailed Description
When the misfire monitor is disabled, usually due to the input signal generated by the camshaft position (CMP) sensor, by sensing the passage of teeth from the CMP wheel.
Possible causes :-
Camshaft position sensor.
Powertrain control module.
ECT, MAF, and CKP sensors.
Diagnostic Aids
Verify the CMP is installed correctly and not out of synchronization.
P0171 System to Lean (Bank 1) Detailed Description
The Adaptive Fuel Strategy continuously monitors fuel delivery hardware. The test fails when the adaptive fuel tables reach a rich calibrated limit.
Possible causes :-
For lean and rich DTCs:
Fuel System.
Excessive fuel pressure.
Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors.
Leaking fuel pressure regulator.
Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel.
Vapor recovery system.
Induction System:
Air leaks after the MAF.
Vacuum Leaks.
PCV system.
Improperly seated engine oil dipstick.
EGR System:
Leaking gasket.
Stuck EGR valve.
Leaking diaphragm or EVR.
Base Engine:
Oil overfill.
Cam timing.
Cylinder compression.
Exhaust leaks before or near the HO2Ss.
Diagnostic Aids
A SHRTFT-1,2 PID value between -25to +35and a LONGFT-1,2 PID value between -35to +35 is acceptable. Reading beyond these values indicate a failure.
P0174 is same, but Bank 2
Don't see a whole lot of 1309 codes. Curious if you just had any work performed. Typically, when you get lean codes for banks 1 and 2, there is a vacuum leak somewhere. Check your PCV hose to be sure it is not split; and-with the engine cold-spray some brake cleaner/carb spray around the intake plenum and plenum bolts to see if the engine runs different. If it does, you just found your vacuum leak.

ok thanks man. I had to replace the whole motor a few months ago (august) and this happened to come up in late septmeber. I could not fix it and the truck seemed to drive fine with the P1309 code.
Tonight on the way home i noticed the battery light was on so i ran another test and thats when i got the lean codes.
I took everything apart on the intake and put it back together and cleared the codes. Ill see what comes back.
