I just looked around yesterday's diesel prices - it's over 4 bucks in CA, most of the Northeast, and in the Chicago metro area. Looks like it's around $4.35 in Canada, converting liters to gallons and applying the exchange rate (what little difference that is these days).

thouht power wagons were diesel's... or do they come with both? cause if it was a gas they wouldent of put it in one of the issues of diesel power mag that i get... im guessing its a cummins... unless they do come with both hemi and the cummins... but im not sure...

Looks like the 2008 is just a gasser. I tried to build a Power Wagon and the hemi was the only motor option.

it only comes with a hemi. dont know y, but they must have figured it would be more capable of the "power wagon" status with a lighter gas motor. kinda dumb IMO.

Wookie, it was 2.96 a page or 2 ago, it's in the 3.teens now.

1.12 CDN/liter is about 4.30 US/gallon.

3.785 liters = 1 gallon
$1 CDN = approx 98 cents US, varies daily

I'm guessing the Power wagon is gas-only because it's a heavy duty offroad package and the Cummins would make it too nose heavy and throw it out of balance. It would not be cost-effective to design 2 different specialized offroad calibrations for a somewhat limited production vehicle.
