didn't cut the other side of box though
just took it completely off
am going to fab up some metal to either weld or bolt on to hold it up though
right now its being held up off of everything with tying twine lol
but hey
its working!
i already noticed better throttle response
i need a new filter though
and rpm has dropped at 65 by about 80 rpm
so all is going good so far...

All you had to do was cut the filter housing so it exposed the filter. no need to make your truck look ghetto with the wire.

 

which filter mod is this is there another thread? haha

 

but i wanted to be able to go back cuz i go mud bogging alot
so i switch it back when mud bogging
if i were to cut it it would always be exposed.

 

Then go to the junk yard and pick one up.
