Why post a clip of a stock exhaust? Sounds weak!

 

well the tip changed the sound a bit, some ppl wanted to hear it.

 

I cut off a portion of my '99 tailpipe and welded a chrome tip on it with this Honey Comb type of material in it... man did it make a little more grunt.. it was kind of interesting. I might do it on my '07... but I dunno yet.

a stock exhaust sounds the same as dual FM's? got a vid of urs?

 

Its all in the tip. a 210 bhp motor + a stainless steel tip = V8 numbers.

it creates a more hollow sound, but nothing like a muffler and piping...

 

Yea you didn't know raptors V6 had more hp than a V8?! Its all the exhaust tip with the stock muffler..., thats the secret!

But seriously Raptor, learn your place. Just like with your Horsepower/Tq ratings in your sig, you're just screaming "I'm a young dumb kid who doesn't know my *** from a hole in the ground!" You can save yourself some further embarrassment by removing your HP/TQ numbers until you run it at a dyno, and reducing the size of your signature picture and list of 'mods' as well.

He's refusing to change his sig pic because there are others here who also have big sigs. As long as he cops that attitude, he's going to be regarded as just that - a snotty kid. Who wants to help and respect a snotty kid?

The computer forum I admin used to have similar size restrictions - the abuse got so bad we disabled images in sigs completely through the forum software.
