v6 mods

Hey can anybody tell me some good mods for my truck? I have a replace mint air filter installed and that is it. Is there anything else I can do? I have a 98 ford f150 4.2l v6.

Thanks

I was looking at the same thing, but from what I can tell, a Gears, Air Filter, Chip, seem to be the most popular. I'm not into sinking a bunch of money in my rig I will never get back out, but I do intend to drive it till around 150K. Gears will be my first mod and hope it turns out ok.

I found some headers you can put on. Cold air ITk. throttle body spacers. You can completely take the AC off thats goto release some power. They even have the diffrent route if you decide to not to use the AC. Look on the belt route. Go check out summitracing.com

the headers and gears will give you more power, but i've heard alot of people say not to get the throttle body spacer cause it really doesnt do anything. have you tried v6f150.com the guys on that forum have tried it all.

Some of the trucks on this site http://www.v6f150.com/ have done some pretty crazy mods. Might be worth taking a look.
