Should I replace the motor?

Well apparently I had a cracked block in my truck if you remember my antifreeze loosing scenerio. Now it has lost a rod. My truck is a 2000 F150 XL sport, short bed regular cab with a 5 speed. It has 130000 miles on it. Virtually no rust.

Is it worth it to put a new motor in it?

What is the rest of the truck worth if I sell it as is?
