Throttle Body Question

I have a 2002 F-150 with the 4.2L V6. I was wandering if the throttle body from a 5.4L will fit on my truck? My friend just replaced his 5.4L stock throttle body with an after market one, and his is just sitting in his garage. Im wandering if i could take it off his hands. If so, will it give me any boost in performance. Also will a 4.2L cool air intake still fit or will i have to buy an intake for a 5.4L? Any help would be great.

The 5.4 TB's are different. Plus, just switching to a larger throttle body will not give you any power increase. You're more likely to lose power. A larger TB only "allows more air" to be passed into the engine. Power gains can be had with a larger TB "only if" there is more air introduced into the engine via forced induction.
