99' Identify Noise

Hi, i think this should be the right place to pose this question. I recently inherited a 99 F150 XL from relatives, the truck is great and i am glad i've gotten it. However, increasingly over the past year i've been getting some weird noises from the truck and i'll try to describe it as best i can here. Hopefully somone can help me out.

The noise occurs only between 0-25 mph, after you shift into the next gear the noise goes away.

It sounds mostly like a dead cat however i guess a more accurate description would be vibrating metal. However because the noise goes away after you shift i don't think loose plates or anything could be the problem.

Has anyone experienced this? Or know of a better place to ask this.

Thanks in Advance,
Andro
