Try using some injector cleaner. It could be a clogged injector, or your fuel filter is clogged. I've seen that many times. Also clean your MAF sensor wires. Do a search on "cleaning MAF sensor".

It cleans carbon deposits out of your engine. Do a search on "using seafoam" for directions. Also you can use it in your gas tank to clean your injectors and valves.

Use caution with some injector cleaners. Used to be that they could damage Ford injectors, causing them to leak. I think Techron is safe.

Got a check engine light on? Is it idling funny? Is it stumbling on acceleration? Maybe a clogged catylitic converter? Ever change your fuel filter? Are you using an fipk or aftermarket high-flow air filter? You might try cleaning your MAF sensor wires with electrical contact cleaner. Check the obvious first. Re-check your plugs and wires for proper installation. Then run a bottle of Techron through your gas tank. If that doesn't work, try the other stuff I mentioned.
