You have a 25 gallon tank - all F150s from 1997 - 2004 have them, except for long beds, which have 35 gallon tanks.

If you're saying that you filled up with 22 gallons after driving 450 miles, then your calculation is correct. Running it to 'E' can mean anything from 3 gallons in the tank to bone dry.

Not sure what you're trying to say about higher octane fuel. "i have to run nuthin but 91-93", followed by "it saves me money on gas here cuz 91-93 octane is $2.40 a gallon". I see that you're ruinning a chip, so the higher octane is probably related to that. I'm not sure how you're saving any money by always paying more per gallon for gas.
