Question Radiator Coolant Drain and Refill

Does anyone know the procedures for draining/re-filling the coolant in a 4.2 L V6 F150. Im not sure as to where the drain plug is and what mixture of coolant and water I should add to refill properly. Help!!
Thanks in advance.

Passengers side of the lower radiator is a drain valve. Drivers side of engine block is a plug to drain the block. After draining add a radiator flush chemical, fill with water and run engine for 10 minutes.Turn the heater on,fan at high speed.Turn engine off, drain and refill with distilled water this time.Run engine.Drain.Do this until you feel all the chemical flush is out of the system.Fill the system with a 50/50 or 70/30 mix of antifreeze/distilled water.Remember to keep the heater on this whole time.
