Drain plug bolt size

I've got a 2003 F150 with a 4.2L V6. What's the size of the engine oil drain plug?

Also, immediately adjacent to the oil filter is a bolt requiring an allen wrench. What is the purpose of this bolt?

My 97 is a 15mm. I think the newer 4.2s are 13mm.Try both; it has to be one or the other.
I'm pretty sure that allen screw is where the oil cooler hose connection goes.
