I have an 84 F150 4 speed manual 4x4 and the motor is knocking and not holding good oil pressure when hot (prob cam bearings). I am considering a 351w swap. Will the driveline components bolt up and hold? I assume i'll probably have to swap the clutch but other than that.....transfer case.....transmission. Also...what will need to be changed besides motor mounts and possibly exhaust.

get a 28 oz flywheel for a truck , 351 w motor mounts and matching v-8 frame mounts and you should be fine . Radiator is different " i think the hoses are backward" and you will need to re-do the exhaust but yes everything will hold up fine and will fit your truck .
