welll i own a 1997 f-150 4.2 liter v6.my exhaust is rusted out really badly.it has a leak.everytime i turn on the truck it sounds horrible.i want exhaust badly but im waiting on my paycheck.i know someone who will do a great exhaust job with flowmasters.i just need an idea on what size and type for a v6.

i was thinking.
original 40 series
with 2.5 inch outlets

any suggestions im lost?i just want this truck to sound good and get some extra horses.

hey man you might wanna cheat ebay right now they have a original 40 series muffler for 39.99 brand new in the box
also tons of sizes any where from 2.25 and i up.
that muffler will for sure give u some sound prolly more then wanted. implanning to go with a 40 series when i get 40 bucks cash.
