Does this perhaps have something to do with the Website and having these gaskets replaced just before the ext. warranty expired???

 

AJ,I know what Hawk is trying to say;thanx for all your time you have dedicated to this gasket issue Ford has dropped the ball on.Without your help,there would be alot of people out there not knowing where to turn for help on this issue.I also have to give thanx to TallTomG who also gave me advice on this gasket issue.I think together,ya'll have saved alot of people agony and grief.My thanx and graditude go out to you both,esp. you AJ,for giving me advice on other issues,not just pertaining to the gasket issue!Keep up the good work !

 

Rango, your response to this issue and the resulting awareness of the gasket problem seems to have saved many from lots of greif.

I made my choice between two trucks I was looking at with much more confidence having seen your site and gotten the word on the earlier 4.2
