power lock problem

This morning my power door lock did not work. The power unlock works fine. Has anyone seen or heard of this being a problem. It is quite cold today in New England and thus maybe a broken wire. I would like to think not. Is there a fuse that controls this. Again I think not.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks is advance,

Could you describe the problem in a little more detail?

For example: Driver's door switch will lock/unlock pass door only.

If that's the case it could be a bad actuator in drivers door, or crimped wire.

If passenger switch operates both locks, but driver's doesn't it could be a bad switch in driver's door.

The system is served by a 15A fuse in position 3.

update to problem

Must have been a stuck actuator. I pressed on the unlock a few times and then back to the lock direction and it seems to have freed it up. It happened a couple of times so I might still need to do some maintenance to it at some time.

The original problem was that when I went to use the lock position on either door it would not do anything. The unlock side worked fine from either door.

Thanks for your help
