is that to many km's to consider on an '04, for a daily driver that wont be seeing any heavy loads or work? just daily driving

 

Not really. However, 04 was the first year for the new body style - which also brought the electronic throttle and the 3 valve heads on the 5.4. I'd personally prefer a Heritage over the first year NBS. If it's a NBS, the 4.6 is a better bet than the 5.4 from a service and reliability standpoint.
