I agree with the nominees being lopsided (more lifted than anything) but I guess thats what the majority on forums thinks a truck is suppose to be. Down here in Houston I would say about 40-50% of the vehicles on the road are trucks, with that said I would say 20% are lifted. I guess depending where you are in the country your going to see a truck one way more than another.

I do see alot of bada** "street" trucks never nominated while sub-par lifted trucks are. Maybe there can be two different sections of nominees, Lifted and "Street"???? Just a thought

 

All complaining will do is get TOTM removed.... Get over it.

 

there's no reason to complain, there's always next month to see more great trucks


I enjoy seeing the different trucks each month and look forward to voting for the one I like the best of the ones available to choose from



and if I don't like any of the trucks I choose for the one I could modify as easily as possible so I would like it and vote for that one

 

Not complaining....Just looking for some diversity.

 

There is about as much diversity as you can get in the nominees. The lack of diversity is in the voting. For instance, if more street trucks would post pics in their albums and then vote, they would be possible nominees. There seems to be more interest and voters among the lifted members.

I like diversity too, and it was hard this month as always since all the nominations look great. But went with Vigs as I personally like the red/black theme going on and it goes well with his setup.

But I need to say it one more time. I can't put up a lowered truck if they don't have pics in an album and they don't vote. There is great difficulty in finding one that has not been nominated already. Members have been begged to vote and show an interest so they can be nominated, and far more lifted owners participate.

Even at that, there has been a lowered truck in nearly every month. They just don't often win because not enough voters for them.

 

i dont think splitting it up to where you have a lifted TOTM and a street TOTM would be a good idea either. to me, that would kind of take away some of the honor of winning. those that win TOTM know that they were picked as THE best truck on the site for that month. Not best of their class... best. period.
