There are alot of great looking trucks on this site and Im humbled to be picked for this contest. Thanks to BlueJay for the nomination. Even if I dont win it still great to get the chance to be apart of it and Good Luck to all the other trucks I had no chance from the start Yall have some BA trucks glad my truck was there to make them look even better. Oh and Swede that is one good lookin lightning brother how am I supposed to compete with that.

I just want to thank the staff of f150online for the nomination in this months truck of the month unfortunately I was backed up with work and didn't see the nomination in time. Hopefully I'll have another chance in the near future, thanks again and goodluck to the participants.
Sorry you didn't make it in, Hash. Thanks for your understanding on us having to nominate an alternative in lieu of keeping the contest moving...
(trust me, I can relate to being backed up *BIG TIME* at work)

It's too bad mixedbreed is over in the sandbox, fighting for the freedom of everyone in this country, and you guys are voting for a guy in Sweden who has posted 18 times in the last year, 7 of which were in ToTY/ToTM threads. Let's vote for mixedbreed guys. Rockpick can give my votes to mixedbreed. How much would it mean to a guy fighting for his country to win this? I thought this contest was about rewarding people who contribute to this site. That was the reason I didn't feel like I deserved it. Not because my truck isn't worthy, but because I come here to learn and help out if I can. I haven't written any technical articles. I do think this should be about more than just a popularity contest. Forgive me guys, but there really are more deserving people out there. Instead of voting for me, vote for mixedbreed.

@freeky: So why do you not talk about 4.2trimble being deserving then? I'm pretty sure his time and devotion to the site and especially to his truck is incomparable to a large sum of the people on this site. I completely agree mixedbreed is well deserving of it as are all of the others but as far as time and devotion goes, trimble seems to be the best in the list.
On a side not, if your stating it should be voted on by contribution to the site, then his fighting for our country is irrelevant...and i mean that in no way disrespectful.

Freeky while i understand your point i have to respectfully disagree.
this it TRUCK of the month not Poster of the month. its all about the truck and not the member. while i agree it sucks that some may not contribute alot and be nominated and win TOTM its all part of the game.
What your proposing is a member or poster of the month and if not chosen by a mod it would also be a popularity contest imo

Guys, it is a contest for Truck of the Month. If you want to vote on someone for their contribution to the site or their contribution to the country, those are great sentiments and your perogative, but it should be kept in mind that it is about which truck you really appreciate the most. Which of the five stands out as the best truck of the bunch, according to your taste. Should have little to do with the owner. Otherwise it would have been a contest for member of the month.
