Effects of Bigger Tire

Effective Ratio =

new tire diameter
----------------- x org. ratio
old tire diameter

Equivalent Gear Ratios

Equivilant ratio =
old tire diameter
----------------- x original ratio
new tire diameter

Crawl Ratio

Crawl Ratio = first gear x low range x gear ratio

Speedo Correcctions

Actual MPH =
new tire diameter
----------------- x indicated mph
old tire diameter
