Question O/D Button

Sometimes the overdrive button works and sometime it does not.Is there a relay on the truck that controls this operation?

Have it checked - could be the button - or it might represent a problem with your OD.

I had a problem with my overdrive button on my 94 F150. There is a fuse that is used with the overdrive but in my case it was a loose connection in the button and they just replaced the entire button. It comes right out of the end of the gear shift and wasn't expensive to replace.
