Question anyone replaced the synco's before

I was wondering has anyone ever tried to replace the synco's in the mazda tranny before? anyone know of a book / video that tells how the tranny comes apart and goes back together?

Chilton might also cover it. Try your auto parts store. When I work on older cars I usually go to the library and take out a shop manual.
