I am a happy man today. My tranny (4r70w)was acting totally crazy. Shifting at odd times, shifting back and forth from and to OD for no reason, and acting like it was in nuetral at any given time.

Turns out when it was scanned it was a speed sensor gone bad. Total repair cost $58.72. Total repair time of 20 minutes. I am a happy camper.
