i have a 1994 f150 xlt 302,auto trans aode.this morning i replaced the torque convertor put everything back together added all the fluid even filled the torque convertor up. before sliding it on even made sure i pushed the convertor on all the way.when i put the vehicle in gear it slips you have to give it alot of gas just to get the vehicle to move.it even does it in reverse.i checked the fluid 3 different times and it is full, the dipstick is very hot when i check the level.as well as the pan.the only good thing out of all of this is i installed a drain plug on my trans pan.also about a year ago the trans was rebuilt.
