This is one of the best investments I have made so far for performance. There instructions were kinda crazy sometimes, but if you know what you are looking for, you should be ok. This pack only cost me $31.00 plus the cost of fluid (stock mercron).

BTW.. It is installed in a 1997 Ford Expedition, ** NEW ** 5.4 ltr. E40D Transmission, AirRaid installed, Superchip installed, Aftermarket free flowing exhaust. This is a much better running truck now than it used to be.

I had my shift kit installed by a speed shop in Tampa and after confuring with Mike Troyer of Super Chips, I selected the towing setting in conjunction with my chip. My shifts are very fast and the tranny locks up with very little clutch pack slippage. I am having a supercharger installed right now and felt the the shift kit was very important to the life of the tranny. The kit will definitely lower your 0-60 if time if you are in to that kind of thing. I hope this info helps you.
