Tranmission noise

Tranmission noise
When coming to a stop the tranmission make a clunk noise just beford the truck stop , It a clunk noise when the engine is cold but when It warms up the noise changes from the clunk noise to a click noise.? I took it in and Ford hook it up to the computer the computer said it was ok but a computer can not hear noises.Can someone please put some light on this for me thank you.
