I've got a '94 F-150 supercab 4x4 4spd automatic w/overdrive.
I'm having trouble with the transmission shifting very hard into 2nd, I mean HARD!
The transmission has been serviced at the dealer and all they did is changed the fluid.
They also recommended that I don't change the filter Why I don't know??? This sounds stupid to me. Maybe someone can tell me why.


If anyone has any infomation on this subject please reply.
Any information or suggestions is welcome.

Jason: this is just my 02 speaking here: I don't care for Ford mechanics, at least not the ones near me, so If something like that was wrong with my transmission, I would take the truck to a transmission shop to have it looked at. (This is not to put down the good Ford mechanics out there, I know there are some)
