Question Vibration in rear end

I have a '99 XLT Supercab with the 5.4L and 28K miles. I have been having a vibration or "rumble" in my rear end. It is usually from a dead stop and usually when I am turning. I have had what the dealer called a "Clutch pack" replaced and it fixed the problem for a while but it is back again. Is anyone else having this problem and is there a permenant solution?

Check the bearings

But it must be in the differential.

is it a limited slip?? if so, it might just need some friction modifier added...
